One KYC check is one identity verification — checking one individual's identity document against the Biometric identity verification (Didit). Verifying a company or trust requires verifying each director and beneficial owner separately, so a company with two directors counts as two checks. Entity validation (ABN/ACN lookup) does not count as a check.
Additional KYC checks beyond your plan allowance are charged at $3 per check — lower than most competitor per-check rates. You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your limit. Unused checks do not roll over to the next month.
Yes — for as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and resubscribe, you would be subject to the pricing active at that time. We guarantee no unexpected price hikes on your active subscription.
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
